  • tsp Persian blue salt Or any mineral-rich salt
  • 8 oz Warm filtered water Just above room temp
  • ½ tbsp Lemon juice Fresh-squeezed recommended
  • Pinch Ginger powder Optional boosts circulation
  • 1 tsp Raw honey Optional balances saltiness
  • 2 –3 leaves Fresh mint Optional refreshing garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Glass Jar 8–12 oz capacity
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring salt
  • 1 Small spoon To stir ingredients
  • 1 Citrus press Optional, for lemon

Method
 

  1. Warm the Water: Heat water until just warm, not hot.
  2. Add Salt: Stir in the Persian blue salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in Lemon: Add lemon juice and stir gently.
  4. Optional Additions: Mix in honey and ginger.
  5. Serve: Pour into a glass jar. Add mint leaves if desired.
  6. Drink Slowly: Sip first thing in the morning before eating.
