Equipment

  • glass bowl
  • wooden spoon (or mixing spoon)
  • Measuring spoons
  • airtight glass jar
  • Citrus juicer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw, unfiltered honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the honey in a clean glass bowl.
  • Add the ground cinnamon and fresh lemon juice.
  • Stir slowly until fully combined and smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small airtight glass jar.
  • Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry spoon each time.

Notes

How to take: Use 1 teaspoon each morning. Some people hold it under the tongue briefly before swallowing, then eat breakfast.
Use options: Stir into warm (not boiling) water or herbal tea, or drizzle lightly over plain yogurt.
Storage: Keep in an airtight glass jar at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Use clean, dry utensils each time.
If crystallized: Place the sealed jar in warm water to soften. Avoid microwaving.
Safety: Do not give honey to infants under 1 year old. If you have diabetes/blood sugar concerns or honey/bee allergies, consult a healthcare professional before using.
Optional variation: Add 1/4 tsp ground turmeric and/or a small pinch of grated ginger (keep additions minimal).
