  • 1 Small saucepan For dissolving gelatin
  • 1 Mixing bowl To combine ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed or Knox brand
  • 1 cup Water Divided into warm and cold halves
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan salt Adds electrolytes
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice For acidity and flavor
  • ½ tsp Natural sweetener Monk fruit or stevia optional
  • ½ scoop Collagen powder Optional for extra protein
  • – – Lemon balm or berry extract Optional flavor booster

Instructions

  • Heat ½ cup of water until warm (not boiling).
  • Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the water and let it bloom for 2 minutes.
  • Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add ½ cup cold water, pink salt, lemon juice, and sweetener. Mix well.
  • Pour into glass jars or silicone molds.
  • Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until firm.
  • Serve chilled before meals or as a bedtime snack.
