Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw honey (unfiltered; organic if available)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the raw honey in a clean glass jar.
  • Add the turmeric and cinnamon.
  • Stir thoroughly until fully combined.
  • Add the lemon juice (and black pepper if using) and mix again.
  • Seal tightly and store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Let rest 12–24 hours before first use.
