  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (apple or cranberry)
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Pour fruit juice and water into a saucepan and warm gently over low heat without boiling.
  • Add honey or maple syrup and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Slowly sprinkle in gelatin while whisking continuously to avoid clumps.
  • Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour mixture into silicone molds or a lined dish.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  • Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Do not boil the mixture to preserve gelatin texture. Adjust sweetness to taste. Store gummies in the refrigerator and consume within one week. These support routines but are not a standalone weight loss solution.
