Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered, with the mother
  • 1/4 cup Cranberry juice 100% unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Cold water Filtered preferred
  • 1 tsp Lemon or lime juice Optional for brightness

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or Mason Jar For serving and mixing
  • 1 Spoon To stir ingredients

Method
 

  1. Pour the cranberry juice into a glass.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon/lime juice (if using).
  3. Top with cold water.
  4. Stir well and serve immediately.
  5. For best results, drink on an empty stomach or before meals.

Notes

Always use raw, unfiltered ACV for best results.
Rinse your mouth with water after drinking to protect teeth.
Make it more palatable with a sprig of mint or slice of lemon.
