- In a glass, combine cranberry juice and water.
- Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
- Add optional sweetener like honey or stevia, if desired.
- Mix in lemon juice or cayenne if using.
- Stir well and drink slowly, preferably through a straw.
Notes
Always dilute ACV to avoid stomach or enamel irritation.
Use a straw to minimize contact with teeth.
Not recommended for those with ulcers or acid reflux.
For best results, drink before meals or in the morning.
