Apple Cider Vinegar and Cranberry Juice for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 1–2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered With “the mother”
  • 1 cup Unsweetened cranberry juice 100% pure no added sugar
  • 8–10 oz Water Room temperature or cold
  • 1 tsp Honey or stevia optional For added sweetness
  • 1 slice Lemon optional Optional flavor enhancer
  • dash Cayenne pepper optional For metabolism boost

Equipment

  • 1 tall glass
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 Stirring spoon
  • 1 straw (optional but recommended for protecting teeth)

Method
 

  1. In a glass, combine cranberry juice and water.

  2. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

  3. Add optional sweetener like honey or stevia, if desired.

  4. Mix in lemon juice or cayenne if using.
  5. Stir well and drink slowly, preferably through a straw.

Notes

Always dilute ACV to avoid stomach or enamel irritation.
Use a straw to minimize contact with teeth.
Not recommended for those with ulcers or acid reflux.
For best results, drink before meals or in the morning.
