Equipment

  • 1 Glass Cup 6–8 oz size
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring baking soda/salt
  • 1 Stirring Spoon Optional, to mix well

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda Pure sodium bicarbonate aluminum-free
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh squeezed preferred
  • 1/8 tsp Celtic Salt Or pink salt unrefined
  • 6 –8 oz Warm Water Filtered not boiling

Instructions

  • Add ¼ tsp baking soda to a glass.
  • Squeeze in 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
  • Add a pinch (⅛ tsp) of Celtic salt.
  • Pour 6–8 oz of warm water over the mixture.
  • Stir well and drink immediately on an empty stomach.

Notes

  • For added benefits, try pairing this tonic with chia seeds or hibiscus tea.
  • Use Celtic salt or pink salt for trace minerals.
  • Avoid drinking more than once daily unless advised by a healthcare provider.
