Instructions
Add ¼ tsp baking soda to a glass.
Squeeze in 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
Add a pinch (⅛ tsp) of Celtic salt.
Pour 6–8 oz of warm water over the mixture.
Stir well and drink immediately on an empty stomach.
Notes
For added benefits, try pairing this tonic with
chia seeds
or
hibiscus tea
.
Use
