1 Mug or tea cup

1 Tea strainer
If using loose-leaf green tea
Ingredients

filtered water
1
green tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf

lemon juiced

tsp
fresh grated ginger

tbsp
apple cider vinegar raw
unfiltered

tsp
honey optional
to taste
Instructions
Bring filtered water to a gentle boil.
Steep green tea for 3–4 minutes, then discard bag or strain leaves.
Add lemon juice and grated ginger.
Stir in apple cider vinegar and optional honey.
Let sit for 1 minute before sipping. Enjoy warm or over ice.
Notes
You can batch-prep and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Add mint or cinnamon for variation.
Use raw, unfiltered ACV for the best effect.
