Ingredients

fresh lime
juiced

tsp
grated fresh ginger
1
pinch
cayenne pepper
adjust to taste

cup
filtered water
½
tsp
maple syrup or honey
optional
Instructions
Juice the lime into a glass or jar.
Add grated ginger or squeeze in ginger juice.
Add cayenne pepper.
Pour in the water and stir well.
Add maple syrup or honey if using. Stir again.
Serve chilled, over ice, or warm (not boiling).
Notes
Can be made in batches and stored in the fridge for 2 days.
Use sparkling water for a fizzy variation.
Warm water is great for a soothing morning version.
