Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt Food-grade fine grain only
  • 16 oz Water Room temperature or warm

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or Mason Jar 16 oz recommended
  • 1 Measuring Spoon For accurate salt dose
  • 1 Spoon or Stirrer For mixing salt into water

Method
 

  1. Measure ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt using a precise spoon.
  2. Pour 16 oz of room-temperature water into a clean glass or jar.
  3. Stir thoroughly until the salt is fully dissolved.
  4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
  5. Optional: Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar for taste and added wellness benefits.

Notes

Use only fine-grain food-grade Himalayan salt. Avoid table salt or bath salt variants. For best results, make it a part of your daily wellness habit, not a replacement for meals or proper hydration throughout the day.
